  I usually have a good experience with this autocentre as I have used them a number of times, however, after my recent experience I will not be returning. They tried to charge me nearly £900 for works that were required and when I went away and looked into in myself the cost of the works cost me £300. I had to chase to see if my car was ready as I hadn't had a call 30 minutes before they closed and then had to rush with a new born baby through rush hour to get to them before they closed, after being the first car dropped off in the morning. When I got home I noticed they had not stamped my service book so had to make another trip over to them to get this stamped, no apology received. My previous experiences have been good but this time has put me off and will therefore never return.
