  No stars are more appropriate but I cannot seem to select less than 1. What a shambles of a company that has ripped off my wife. A simple MOT and tire change. Dropped off at 8:30am with a promise to be completed by 1:30. No updates and many calls to them later it won’t be completed until after 4. Not a great start. Now despite my wife driving to the garage in the dark with her lights working fine and no dash notifications to say otherwise, apparently a light is out. £30. Literally went within the time they had the car it seems. Seems plausible. And despite my wife having a service not 3 days before with the main dealer and with no advisory, low and behold the window wipers need replacing and it will fail the MOT if not replaced. £35. I am clearly not th only one with issues using this garage but I will be lodging a complaint to them and Black circles(recommended list when purchasing the tire). and the ombudsman and frankly any one that will listen. No this isn’t a lot of money but it’s the principal of the matter. A modern world with much choice I expect people to be honest and open about their service provided. This was nothing but honest.

  Recently been to protyre and found them helpful but they don't communicate with you very well. We found that we had to chase them for information on the status of the repairs they were doing on our car. I have to say though they do a good job and the cost isn't that high they will try to get the best price for you so as long as you don't mind chasing them give them a go, we've used them a few times.

  Useless. Booked in for 10am, get there and they said "our system isn't working properly so everyone is booked in for 10, we can't look at it for at least an hour" (no apology). I then get a call at 11.05 telling me I've ordered the wrong Tyre...their website makes you put in your reg and filters the results to your car (which I did) so their website doesn''t work either. His response was "I've never been on the website, got nothing to do with me" (no apology again). Whole morning wasted with no Tyre at the end of it, useless website and even worse customer service, avoid.
